  • How many e-certificates can be printed?
    There is no limit. You can place bulk order or call for normal printing as well.
  • Can I print double sided certificate as well?
    Yes, we can print double sided and customized printing as well.
  • Will you deliver the certificates at International countries as well?
    Yes, but you need to contact us separately according to your requirements.
  • Will you accept the hard copy of the certificates back if I am not satisfied with the service?
    Sorry, it is against our policies, but we ensure you a satisfactory service.
  • How long it will take to deliver my certificates?
    It can up to 15 to 30 business days to get your certificates delivered at your doorstep depending on your location.
  • Will you accept cash on delivery?
    No, we only accept online payment method which will be shared after the submission of your order.
  • In which format will you accept e-certificates?
    Yes, we accept the certificates in JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG and other formats as well.
  • Can I print the certificates in less than 300 GSM or above that?
    Yes, you can send us the required GSM and other requirement through mail.
  • What type of e-certificates you accept for printing?
    We print any certificate. It could be anything like licensed e-certificate, ISBN certificates, academic, non-academic.
  • I run or is a staff/teacher/coordinator /tutor/head/ideal of School/ College/ University/ Company/ Start-up/ Organization/ NGO/ Institution (academic or no-academic)/ club/ society functions. Do you print bulk certificates for them as well at cheap rates?
    Yes, we have a separate and customized plan for you according to your needs. You can mail us regarding this. Kindly mention everything in detail.
  • Can I cancel my order after payment?
    Cancellation can only be accepted if we have not already begun to process your order, subject to following conditions As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. After Placing Order 10% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted.
  • How long will it take for the delivery of order?
    Your certificate will be delivered within 15-20 days post payment for the delivery and cost of certificates.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    Our channel partner is Shiprocket. If the customer’s pin code is not available in the Ship Rocket’s pincode directory then we will deliver the same through India Post. If the package is sent through India Post then the tracking id of the delivery will be sent at your mail to track your package. Apart from Shiprocket and India Post, there are no other mediums in which we are inclined for the delivery and logistics.
  • Can I place an international order?
    International orders will be taken care separately. The channel medium and other expenses like cost of shipping and the printing cost will be intimated after contacting the customer.
  • How will I get my package delivered?
    Shiprocket is our official shipping partner. We deliver our packages through Shiprocket which is a logistics aggregator.
  • How will I know if my package has been shipped or not?
    Once the packing of your order is done, you will start receiving email and SMS notifications from Shiprocket to keep you updated at every stage of your delivery. Keep checking your email and SMS for updates.
  • What happens if my package is undelivered?
    If the package is undelivered to the customer due to any external reasons and is returned back to us. We will reattempt the delivery, the customer does not have to pay any extra delivery charges. If the package gets undelivered for the second time then the customer has to pay the delivery charges for reattempt after the first reattempt.
  • What happens if the product is damaged on delivery?
    We send the customers the proof of the package before the pickup is done. After the pickup is done, the package is beyond our control. If the product is damaged on delivery, it's a request to keep the shipping label on the package intact. Do not tear the shipping label. We will get in touch with the shipping company and try our best to get the cost of the product refunded.
