Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Foxgales Publication for your self-publishing needs. We understand that circumstances may arise that lead to the need for cancellation or refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    1. Once the publishing process has been initiated, no cancellations will be accepted.

    2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to FoxGales Publication within 48 hours of package purchase, before the publishing process has commenced.

  2. Refund Policy:

    1. No refunds will be issued once the publishing process has been initiated.

    2. If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of package purchase and before the publishing process has started, a refund may be considered, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by FoxGales Publication during that time.

  3. Manuscript Editing and Contract Signing:

    1. Once manuscript editing has begun, and the publishing contract has been signed, no cancellations will be accepted.

    2. Refunds will not be issued once the manuscript editing process has commenced.

  4. Refund Consideration:

    1. Refund requests, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    2. FoxGales Publication reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refund requests and the amount to be refunded, taking into account any expenses already incurred in the publishing process.

    2. Please include your full name, contact information, package details, and the reason for cancellation/refund request in your communication.
